Im not a Liberal. I Voted for the man twice. I feel like he is undermining this country however with his ideas on joining Mexico and Canada into one Country. He does nothing to stop the illegal invasion of our country, he just dosent seem to show the leadership he once had. He is mush in the hands of Mexicos governement. What do you think? What can we do?

Pommac, I am not in the military, but I have served. I am not saying anything about the Iraqi war, except Im thinking we are getting bogged down there. We need troops on the borders now not later.

What do you think he is doing with the troops that he can put on the border and the fence and the cameras. Does this not mean anything are do you not listen to any news. Are you in the military helping? I kind of doubt it. Are you in the border patrol ? I doubt it. Are you in the National Guard ? I doubt it. I think He is doing the best that he can with what he has. Right at the moment the Immigrants are not trying to kill all of our troops. We can handle them at a later date.

Literally - Like father - like son
As for anything to do - Get petitions that address the problem you want resolved. Write or call your Congressmen/ladies, as well as your Senators stating your concerns. Contact your local news stations to inform them of the petitions. Have them broadcast to their viewers of where you and others will be spread out in your county needing signatures from registered voters to have some bite to put pressure on the American legislators that you and your fellow petition signers are serious about the issues.
As for Nationalist - In the beginning Bush was appointed by Florida's State Supreme Court - NOTelected. A state by the way where his brother Jeb happens to be State Governor. When will republicans start admitting that??
As for Nationalist and rhsaunders - see below engine search

I think you are making mountains out of molehills. No one has proposed making one country out of Canada, US, and Mexico, but the NAFTA pact has created wealth and jobs for all three countries. I see no problem with having more Mexicans immigrate to the US; they add to the economy and do jobs that many US people would prefer not to do. The real answer would be for Mexico to clean up its act so that its own economy could develop faster, but that is not going to happen anytime soon. What we need to do now is to establish a means of legitimizing the illegal immigrants; some have been here for years and are solidly established in their communities. I am okay with the process being longer and costlier than for people who came in legally, but that does not mean that it should be impossible.

when was he ever for the average american? seriously? i'm not saying the dems are, but you are kidding yourself if you think Bush had your best interests at heart. like most politicians, he is mush in the hands of lobbyists and special interests.
he will allow the border issue to remain the way it is because big business likes cheap labor, end of story. NAFTA was the same thing back in the 90's under Clinton - good for big business, bad for you and me.
while i do believe in capitalism, i do not think less regulation is always a good thing. i guess that would piss off some republicans. sorry.
here's a recent example of political/business ties at their finest: Haliburton is moving to Dubai! that's almost funny!

This is silly. I do disagree with Bush's stance on immigration. Fact is this has always been his stance. There wasn't any changing going on. Go back and look at the beginning of his election and his united front with the Mexican President Fox. You exaggerate by saying he wants to join Mexico, Canada, and the US into one country. That's absurd!

George W. bush is out there for only one person, and that is himself. He is absolutely the worst president this country has ever seen.

Thank you for admitting your mistake. People like you are waking up all over America. Those of us who have never and will never vote for any Bush knew that before. I don't blame you. He is a good liar. He can be convincing. But once people finally see through him they know what we are talking about when we say we don't like Bush and what he is all about.
