I tell your partner that I love them regardless if they can get pregnant or not. You can always adopt. Your not with your partner just to have kids but because you love your partner.

1 out of 5 couples have trouble conceiving naturally nowadays, so many couples have faced this dilemna. There is a lot of new science to help almost any couple become parents if they have enough patience and money (and no one has enough money---we just beg, borrow, and steal to afford it!). I'd investigate the possibilities like IVF, donor eggs, and surrogacy and just recognize that the path to parenthood will be an usual one.

how much do you love her...if you love her you should be able to stand by her and with her thru good and bad...So there are so many other options these days...don't feel so down about it? How do you think she feels?, especially when she doesn't know if you're going to stick around or not...

just tell her that you love her and that you guys can always adopt if you want kids.
and try to comfort her about the issue.
