First thing try to make an Laboratory test then go with that to your gyn cause sometimes you go to your gyn andhe gave you the laboratory order and you losse a day soo make the lab that is the 100% accurate next go to your Gyn and if u are trying to get pregnant visit a fertility specialist he will help you to conceive.
And menstrual irregularity can be lots of things, hormones levels disorder, early menopause, cyst, stress, endometriosis, low progesterone levels, tyroid disorder lot, lot of things soo try to visit a gyn or specialist, good luck

hpts are not always right... when i was trying to get pregnant i took a lot of them..(spent more money than i needed to lol) but anyways i got just as many negatives as i did positives... and sometimes positives arent right.. the only way to know 100% is to go to your obgyn and get a blood test and if that says neg. tell your doc. that you are trying to get pregnant you may not be very fertile and may need to take fertilly pills and also get your guy to get his boys checked to make sure he is fertile as well... good luck and best wishes

Well, you really need to go see your doctor. There are all kinds of health problems that could delay your cycle. Also, there have been women who have gone into early menopause starting around your age. Your doctor will need to check you out. Good luck, hope everything goes okay!
