Why have feminist such a distorted sense of equality ?
A woman has the same chances a man has thesedays, yet feminists have a funny idea for equality, they go like, there are not enough female firefighers, Waaaaahhh !!! And its nobodies fault, if there are only 2% female firefighters it is eithier because not enough applied or a lot of women did not pass the goddamn test which exists for a reason and instead of progressing to an alternative job better suited for them some women go suing for lower standard. Its true for a lot of other fields.
So when exactly became equality about equal outcome and not equal opportunity the way it should be in a world of free enterprise.

That's not the feminists doing that it's the Femanazis.
they don't want to admit the fact that MOST women do not have the physical strength to carry an adult over their shoulder down a ladder. I know I don't.

They annoy a lot of level headed hard working females, as for the comment about women not wanting war, the draft or the dying has obviously not been watching the news, a lot of our women soldiers are coming home wounded or in body bags at the same rate as the men. The only the that kept me out of service is the fact I am 4-f.

Feminists today annoy even me. Although I suppose females are still a bit restricted, we still tend to complain far too much. I find that for most it's no longer about being equal anymore, but better. They wanna do everything a man can and more, which we know is never possible. Not saying we're all useless little house-wifes that are only capable of cooking and cleaning, but physically, we do have our limitations when it comes to some things, unlike men. Of course, there are some things women can do that man cannot. Like birthing children.

Personally, I really think we need to stop bitching (for a lack of better words). We worked hard to be where we are today, and the feminist movement of the past was great. They actually had something to fight for.

Women's Lib and the laws that followed, including minorities, served a purpose for a time and that time has expired. Yet some groups still whine for the sake of whining. National groups get press, and as long as the media pays attention, they will keep it up.
I am a woman and I am sick of hearing it. Job equality, and most everything else, is a walk in the park these days. They should have been around when employers could ask a woman -on Job applications- what kind of birth control she uses.

ya know what, I have thought this myself about the whole racial rights movements. To me, the best man should be the most qualified regardless of race or sex. It's a bunch of crap.
As a married woman who makes 75% of our families income, I have to say "To hell with the feminists". The stress and pressure to make money definitley takes away from the quality of the parenting. I would pay a hefty price to be home raising my kids. Cooking, cleaning, and being barefoot pregnant, or however else you want to put it. I blaim the feminists for our lives demanding two incomes, the rate of inflation, and cost of living to income ratios being as high as they are. So please know that with this question you post, as a female, as a mother, as a wife, as a working career driven individual, as someone who works hard, studies often, and excels in everyway I possibly can, I agree with you. And as someone who hires, I always find the best fit for the job. If someone seeking "equal rights" employment comes my way, I find a technicality to hire the next guy!

Some just like to cry "poor me" and others just like the attention. Still some are just deluded. What bugs me is when women say that they can do anything a man can do and that they should have all the same opportunities but then, when they don't meet the minimum requirements for something, they want the rules changed to accomodate them. I believe in equal pay for equal work but you have to do equal work. If a woman does less than a man, she should get paid less. If she does more than a man, she should get paid more. But she shouldn't automatically get paid the same just because she has the same job title. Men get paid more or less than other men based on how they work and women should be in the same boat.

If women don't like they way they are being treated in the workplace, they can make the same choice that men do. Either whine about it but deal with it or start their own companies. And in many places I've worked, women make the same or more than men so it's not as unbalanced as women would have it seem although I admit it isn't fair yet.

SOME feminists are like that. Some don't realize that oppression is being uplifted as many males don't realize many women are being oppressed in ways such as rape, abuse, biases, and other things. But it really does piss me off when feminists like the ones you describe carry about the pox of their antics.

*******I don't know what cave you just climbed out of, but if you were a woman you would see that things are NOT equal in this world. Woman make less on average at the same job,(and are equally qualified, I might add), than men.........proven fact.
Where I worked the men hired in at about 35% more an hour than women. I was given the explanation that men had to support their families.......arrrggggghhhh.
I agree that there are some jobs better suited for men....., and some women do go a little far when it comes to wanting to see equal amount of men and women at these jobs.
But Buddy, you try being a woman for a while and see how equal things are for you.
It's a penis geared society........too bad because we are an equally brilliant gender.*******

I agree with you on this...women for the most part are much weaker than men physically and aren't quailified to do some of this strenuous jobs that even some men can't handle! I think each sex has certain roles they thrive in and don't exactly meet the standard for.
