I feel somewhat relieved when I look at their prices. When I go to department stores such as Sears, Mervyn's or J.C. Penny's, I start freaking out.

Underwear is $5 at wal-mart. At J.C. Penny's, it's over $11.

Jeans are $19 at wal-mart. At the mall, they're close to $50 for only 1 jeans.

Shoes are about the same price everywhere, so they don't really count.

You can buy at shirt at wal-mart for $8. At the mall, a shirt is over $20.

You can buy a wallet at wal -mart for $9. At Sears, a wallet is over $20.

You can buy a belt at wal-mart for $4. You can buy a belt at the mall for over $20.

Let's compare! Quality vs. the money.

Wal*Mart's clothes are lower quality, but for less money. Also, they use cheap child labor, but now under paid sweat shop workers are kinda hard to avoid when buying clothes. Shop wherever you want, in the end it's up to you, not Y! users you've never met before. :)

There is ntohing wrong trying to save some money, specially on trendy cloths that you know you are not going to wear next season, I just dont shop there because I am against their politics and their way to do business, they treat people as slaves in other countries so we can get cheap stuff in the states.. have you seen Wal-Mart the movie?? look for it on google or even you tube u will be amazed, and I am sure you will not put a feet on walmart after that ;)

Hi, there's absolutely nothing wrong with buying your clothes at Wal-Mart or anyplace else you can save a buck. I've been shopping lately and the clothes at the other department stores are getting ridiculous. It takes all the fun of trying to buy some new clothes when it takes half your paycheck to buy a couple blouses. So shop wherever you want and stop worrying what anybody else thinks about where you buy your clothes. Seriously !

Theres nothing wrong at buying clothes from Wal-Mart. I buy clothes from Wal-Mart too. At stores in the mall things are going to be more $ because of the designers they buy the clothes from. So there really isn't anything wrong with Wal-Mart

I guess quality. it depends, because i have bought fruit of the loom wife-beaters in packs of 3 for $10 at wal-mart and at the mall one wife-beater is $15. But it's the same, if not, i liked the wal-mart ones better.

but it's also labels. u pay for a name and a certain style.

Theres nothing wrong with buying walmart clothes. I do! The only thing i have a problem with is the sizes are not so called " true" sizes things run small and run in half sizes. Also i dont recomend there jeans, they tend to fall apart in the washer after a few washes. But other wise things are great there.

I shop at Wal*Mart (everyone has at one point so theyre lying when they say they dont), I have nothing against it. But, sometimes the 'Wal*Mart' clothes arent put together as well as they could be. Do what I do and shop the department store CLEARANCE SALES. Theyre on clearance and on sale. Theyre also cheaper than at Wal*Mart.

lol quality? if only you knew where J.C. Penny makes their ****.. Only thing wrong with buying clothes from Wal-mart is the opposite of what you're thinking - it's that Wal-mart is just another corporation.

Walmart under-sells everyone, that is what made them successful. They sell cheaper than many smaller stores can afford to and those mall stores are always over-priced ,but renting the space in a mall is expensive.
Having said all this.. I still shop at walmart.

It's good for trendy items or items that you won't wear very frequently. If you're going to wear something - say, a pair of jeans - quite a bit, then you're better off investing in a pair that's great quality, even if it's $150. Tee shirts and other items get less worn out so it's usually better to go for less-expensive.
