The cut and measurements. Juniors sizes run smaller in the breast, hip, and thigh area. Misses are designed for fully developed women. Usually, over age 21 or 22.

I think the junior sizes are a smaller even though they range around the same. the misses fit on to a womans figure and junior is more fitted to a young teen's. A womans figure has more curves. Usually.

Misses are made for a different type of build and usually a more mature age group. As such, they tend to be higher cut. Misses tend to fit people who are curvier better, but most teenagers will only find something that's stylish for them in the juniors section. All my casual stuff is misses, but pretty much everything I wear to school is juniors.

The difference is the misses is more for women so the jeans might not be low rise. Basically if youre young you should stick with juniors.

I think misses sizes are cut with curvier women in mind. I love my levis and always get them in juniors, but decided to venture over to misses sizes one day. They just don't work on me. I'm not a 'hip-y' kind of person, so they just don't right on me and don't look right on me.

I don't think there is a difference. Or maybe it is like petite. Shorter than juniors. Maybe try on a pair of pants and try them on. I really think its just another word for juniors though.
