Having sex will not change a person's period for better or worse. Find some analgesic that will help with the discomfort as well as heating pack and herbal teas.

You have to indicate if you are the boyfriend, parent, brother or what? FYI: Some girls are born without a hymen. For others their hymen only ruptures at the birth of their first baby. Other girls' hymen ruptures due to riding a bike or being injured in that area. Some girls bleed minimum, almost nothing during their first time, others bleed more.
It is very common for a young girl to have irregular periods. It is very common for all females to have painful periods at times. Virginity has to do more with interaction. This is my opinion: You do everything with a girl except penetration, so in my opinion she is no longer a virgin rupture hymen or not. I hope my opinion cleared some of your doubts.
Finally, Why are you so wrapped on it? Are you a virgin as well? or you are just a macho man! Take care!

WHAT?! Go see a doctor!? How old is this girl? If she is young, her cycle is definitely going to be out of whack. Regardless, even as I got older, mine were not perfect. They were NEVER painful, and they DID NOT change whether I was a virgin or NOT! Before and after virgin = non-painful and still not completely regular menstual cycles!!!! TAKE THIS POOR GIRL TO A DOCTOR, SHE MAY BE HAVING SOME TYPE OF SERIOUS PROBLEM!!!!!!!! Are you really that unknowledgeable????????? You are scaring me! I hope and pray the girl you are talking about is OK!

Sex wont alter anyone's period unless of course she is pregnant.
The only way to know if she had sex is to ASK her.
Otherwise, a painful period is just that! Dont read anything into it especially since she will probably not be in the best of moods.....
To bad ADAM did not stand up for himself back then and maybe MEN would have had the 'curse'.

True, losing your virginity can change your cycle. But young/teen girls' cycles often change due to many other factors (stress, weight, etc etc). The effects of a girls/womans period (cramps, bloating, etc) are all dependant on the person. Dont jump to conclusions.

no painful periods are a medical condition called dysmenorrhea. she needs to see a gynecologist right away who is the only one that can truly diagnose this. That is, if the pain is beyond the normal cramps, lower abs pain. However, coupled with late periods it may just be severe stress, fatigue, overwork.

Huh? Virginity, or the loss of it, have nothing to do with a woman's period or premenstrual syndrome. To get more to the point, the only way you'll know if she had sex is if she tells you so.

the regularity and severity of a period is not related in anyway to whether or not you are a virgin

You can't tell whether a girl has lost her virginity by her menstrual cycle.
