Father daughter day. My daughter just turned 15 and instead of buying her more stuff the she doesn't need I took her skiing for the day and out for dinner. She stayed over and had a great time.

Hotel Party.
If you want something more memorable though, just take out some really old pictures out of your album and create a sort of slide show depicting how she has grown up throughout the years.Very sentimental.
