wont go over 60mph and loses power on hills any answers

Check your compression in each cylinder, if it doesn't misfire like you say it "runs good" the only other thing I can see is that your throttle doesn't open all the way.
If it's a recent model it doesn't have points and the timing is controlled electronically.

Check the cyl compression.
Adjust the valve clearance.
Adjust the points and timing.
Make sure the timing advancer is working properly. It could be sticking or the springs could be weak.

runs good??? if my bike didnt make 200 K/h Id reckon it was running crap...

could be carbs..timing..holed piston..electrical problem,,

any number of things....
