Listing parents and teachers in the same sentence and asking about punishment is not logical. Even though some teachers believe that they are more qualified to know what is best for a minor they are just living in "over inflated ego land".
Teachers should be able to eject a minor from the classroom, period. If physical force needs to be used then the principal or assistant principal needs to get involved. I would like to say the teachers should not have to put up with disruption or verbal/physical threats and abuse from the student. If threats or abuse from the student occur then the law needs to get involved.
The parents is another story all together. Parents are responsible for the care, safety and ACTIONS of the minor under their control. Too often government forgets the ACTION part. If a minor commits a crime or damages property intentionally the parent is responsible for recompense. The parent should be allowed to physically punish a child by spanking, push ups/sit ups (this worked great on my kids) or physically sticking them in a corner. No closed hand hits unless it is in defense. Children are animals when they are born and they must be taught to be civilized. Just like all people do not respond to everything the same way, all children do not respond to this training.
My opinion

I felt that maximum government instructors at the instant are not top experienced. Many at the instant are not even academically qualified. maximum settle for the interest using fact of a few large advantages of being a instructor/government servant, working hours and pay via end of the month. will possibly no longer even have the enthusiasm to do their accountability. Transfership might no longer artwork yet sacking them at cases are the final determination using lack of instructors. Taking occasion from my universal college & severe college, the former is almost like heaven to me. on a similar time as the latter isn't so using fact no longer basically the teachers however the scholars could be extremely racist, and that which comprise chinese language. lower back then, the two colleges are government however the administration form are distinctive. My universal college's form for policies & regulations - prepare & preached besides. using fact they suspect one to instruct the stable examples from interior and from youthful. yet my severe college, it rather is the different of the above & in actuality extra policies & regulations however the people & administration that impose it are extra superficial. at that factor, i think of they have almost mastered the bend, wreck & rule form. besides it rather is stable that extra persons are keen to communicate up rather of being armchair critics. As for what sort of punishment? The training Ministry ought to impose a collection of policies & regulations and make it absolute for all people who're racist. a million) Apology, suspension with pay decrease. cause them to write a rfile/thesis on 13 might 1969 :D 2) despite if circulate (using loss of instructors interior the marketplace), they might desire to get the above. As for college scholars who're racist, the teachers have the spectacular to instruct them!

none, you've got it wrong..... You are obviously trying to rebel against either or both and it's a bad idea.... You strive to be independent and "your own person" but you lack the experience or maturity. Rather, start listening more and open your mind instead of closing off your common sense....

i think behaviour is best managed by positive reinforcement, but if punishment is necessary i find withdrawal of privileges works best
