1.00 dollar is equal to 0.52 (52 pence) I personally always half the amount for easy reckoning. For example $20 is near enough £10. Hope this helps.

Yikes.......the exchange rate right now is about half. It sucks.........because that's the only part of my trip to England that I didn't enjoy.
