Um do you know what fangs are because if you honestly saw fangs on a turtle you must have been trippin on acid.
turtles have a beak sort of a mouth no fangs some may have teeth but no fangs I guarantee it. No insult ment by the acid comment.

Instead of teeth, the upper and lower jaws of turtles are covered by horny ridges. Carnivorous turtles usually have knife-sharp ridges for slicing through their prey. Herbivourous turtles have serrated edged ridges that help them cut through tough plants. Turtles also have a rigid beak which you may have seen as fangs.

The only turtle that has fangs is one I saw in a Japanese movie. It's known as Gamera in English and is a huge godzilla size monster.

As mentioned, turtles have beaks. What many did not mention is that some species have beaks with 'cusps'- little shapes in the beak that look like fangs.
