He is just floating up at the top and when he tries to swim he just kinda floats back up to the top. He seems to still be a little active.... None of my other fish are acting like this. He seems to want to swim, but he can't. My water levels are fine and everything! Help please!

Two possible problems, the fish is constipated or it has a swim bladder problem.

First see if it's constipated. Don't feed the fish for a day, then try feeding it one or two shelled peas. If it will eat them and if it's constipation, this will fix the problem in a day. If after that the fish is still just as bad, then assume it's a swim bladder infection and treat the tank with Furanace or Maracyn. Treat for 2 weeks according to the package and remember to remove the carbon from the filter while you treat.

Do you have live plants in your tank? Some times fish like Moore's, Orandas, and fan tails get bound up because their bodies are shortened and bent in breeding. Having live plants help keep your fish regular. There is another disease that affects the swim bladder of the fish and your local fish store should be able to give you the correct treatment for your tank for it.

Black moors are delicate ,sensitive fish. They don't see too well and can't swim as well as other goldfish. I agree with MM and the other 2 people who answered before him. Water quality must always be best quality.

Sounds like swim bladder. google swim bladder, also you can try to feed your fish peas. (1-or 2 peas should fix the problem) it sounds weird but it works.

EDIT: I would not use Furanace or Maracyn. This can irratate them. Try a salt bath instead.

He's probably going to die.
That's what happened to my fish before they passed.
There's really nothing you can do unless you want to take it to the vet. Sorry :(
