If you just sit out in the sun for a while, you will get your daily dosage of vitamin D. Vitamin D is produced by your skin in response to exposure to ultraviolet radiation from natural sunlight.

Foodwise - cereals nowadays has vitamin D, you could eat fish such as salmon and drink fortified milk and soya milk.

The truth is, you get most of your daily vitamin D from sunlight and ingesting comes nowhere close to that amount.

You shouldnt have to find vitamin D; 20 minutes of exsposure to the sun everyday will allow your skin enought ime to produce this vitamin in the amounts you need it!

According to my knowledge vit D is found in sun rays i.e. the light of sun. One has to just stay in sun and tan themselves to get loads of vitamin D. I donot know any source of food in which vitamin D is available.

The best source is sufficient exposure to sun. It is extremely good for the bones.

you can also get vitiaman d in a pill form an adult needs 1000 milligram a day my dr ordered it for me she put me on oyster shell w vitiaman d i have weak bones you can get vitaman d at walmart ,walgreens, just about any place dollar stores also carry it
