First let me state this hopeing that whoever proposed having Daylight savings was a good idea-

Its useless Its frustrating its a headache is messed me up Ive been tardy to school for the last few days because of it its messing up my sheadule at night. I liked having darker evenings better.

But you know what to those of you who do like the new time change better how about I propose this? We dont change time at all! Lets just keep it the same thing the whole year!

Sorry to get off track, moving on....... Whats a good way to wakeup myself this is me in the morning:

ALARM RINGS
I press the snooze button to tired to stay awake I dont think twice I fall back asleep
Next thing I wakeup another alarm of mine goes off I shut it off.....
Go back to sleep
Wake up again ---Im late for school.
You see Im used to getting up with the sun shining in my window since I wakeup typically @6:30AM now its dark it doesnt feel like "630AM" I hate this new feel... So what should I do?

Okay. Place your alarm clock far away from your bed. Very far away. Then, set the time. The next morning when the alarnm rings, go to the bathroom to wash your face with ice cold water. (That wakes me up)

go to bed an hour earlier. that's the way it works. eventually you will be tired and fall asleep. if not do something that will make you tired earlier, like eat a meal or do some housework.

You will get used to it... just keep on waking up every morning the time you have to get up, you wil be tired, but you will get used to it.
