Though Big and Philadelphia are really great movies, I would have to say my top 2 Tom Hanks movies would be You've Got Mail and Forrest Gump.

Definitely The Green Mile, with Turner and Hooch second and Big third. It's weird cos he's a pretty good actor but he's also been in possibly the worst film ever made - Joe versus the Volcano. It is so bad it makes me angry!
