I joke about how others are more terrified to go up there than I. Besides, when I'm up there playing guitar they way I play it, I don't even notice the audience until they start roaring. Then the fear is replaced with a thrill you don't get anywhere else. Everyone is scared to be up there. The greats are terrified. We all deal with it somehow.

I tell myself that I'm not the first person to be in front of a group of people, and I won't be the last.
If other people can do it, I can certainly do it, too.
Works every time.
