You can be concieved on a boat in TEXAS...or anywhere else for that matter.......

dont know of anywhere that has a minimum age to go on a boat...

I don't think there are age restictions for riding on a boat provided, there is a proper sized life jacket for the kid.

Under 16 you need to wear a life vest. Other than that there is no restrictions

sounds like your parents have answered it for you. there is no legal age limit only safety issues,ie. life jacket(proper sized)
