That depend-so no what kind of Nutritionist you want to be... certified, licensed, PHD/MD....
If you want to be a Dr specializing in nutrition then you will take all the normal courses for a medical Dr. with a specialization in nutrition which will focus on how the body processes what it takes in.
Nutrition makes the body work, it is the fuel in the furnace.... so any sciences that focus on the conversion of nutrients into fuel for the body will serve you well regardless of how far you want to go in your pursue of your degree.
You sound well on your way... stick with the Biological sciences and any AP Biology courses you can get you hands on.. also you will want to look at Pre-Med stuff from universities as well as look at journals and nutritionist publications which you should be able to get at public libraries or on-line..
Good Luck

High school courses will probably not affect your career path. It is your college courses that really matter because they are more directed toward your career of choice. I recommend taking Physics because it will help prepare you for the courses you will take in college.
