stress, illness, new type of birth control, change in diet, increase in exercise, weight loss or gain. probably more but i can't think of them.

She could just have an irregular cycle (mine was wildly irregular until I went on the Pill). She could have lost a lot of weight -- a woman's body needs a certain amount of weight in order to menstruate.

not eating enough food or an eating disorder
a cold/sickness
any drastic lifestyle change

Just go to your doctor if you are worried, if not just eat healthier and get back to a regular routine and you should get a period next month

could be her hormones are off. She should see a doctor. Sometimes the doctor will put them of birth control just til she gets back on track.
