I can't explain how Kerry lost other than blackbox irregularities, voter suppression, and dirty tricks.

It would be impossible for Kerry to lose the 2006 election. Considering that the presidential election was in 2004.

No.

Kerry did what most liberals do best. If you put them in front of a microphone and a crowd and they forget where they are, they will say something that shows their true side. Kerry's major downfall was showing what most liberals think of the military and how they change their minds whenever another liberal group disagrees with them. Remember...."I actually voted for the money before I voted against it". I think he thought he was in a DC meeting with other liberals and there were no cameras.

Kwan is right....we would be eating camel hump soup or boiled beetles by now. Kerry would have surrendered and handed the US over to the taliban.

Do you think Bush would have gone into Iraq if he knew what a mess the Iraq war would have been?

He lost the election because of His inability to hold one position. He squirmed more than a person with really bad hemorrhoids. Could be he was reacting to the bulge in his butt put thee by his communist friends.

No. Who would spend so many countless donors' campaign contributions and throw them in the toilet? And then be ridiculed (because now the media ridicules ALL presidential candidates who run and lose)?

Everyone who runs for that office, even poor delusional Ralph Nader (Ross Perot too), runs to win.

No I don't think he "intentionaly lost the 2006 election. He just didn't have the support and the necessary finances to win.

The Iraq war was unnecessary and illegal.

Yea, that's it. He didn't lose, He simply gave up and surrendered. He wasn't man enough to serve and do any better in the position. I'm glad that he recognized that before he was elected.

actually I think that Bush won unfairly because of Florida and his cousin was governor and due to florida, bush won the election. Maybe kerry did fear the war and all the economical issues afterwards but i don't think that really would affect his ambition of becoming president.
