JC Penney, Land's End, Eddie Bauer, Talbot's, and other companies often offer women's tall-sized clothing in their catalogue lines. Unless you work in a very formal profession, your best bet may be separates - pants and a jacket that coordinate but aren't a matched set.

Hmm... I think you would get the most variety in a department store. You might try Lane Bryant, even if you're not a plus size... you could always get things tailored.
