I have a Crystal chandelier, Once a year I remove all the crystals and put a towel in the sink and fill it with Vinegar and warm water, I let them soak awhile and the clean them, During the Year I buy a can of Krystle chandelier cleaner from Fortunoffs, and place a large towel on the table beneath it and spray the whole thing metal and all, it drips and leaves no streaks. Its the best. You can also buy this product in many Lighting stores .

Put just a drop of dishwashing liquid in a spray bottle with
vinegar and water. It'll really sparkle. No film left to dull it.

If it is glass, Windex will work. Take a soft cloth or paper towel and spray it on, then wipe it down.
