And if so, why??
I know in my heart that I'm bisexual.
I remember asking my mother once about bisexuality and she said she doesn't believe in it. That people who say they are bisexual are actually just confused and are gay/lesbian.
I don't know WHERE in the world she got such a proposterous idea. I've never told her I'm bisexual and ever since this happened I think I never will... either that or hope she jsut figures it out over time when I start dating (yeah... I'm 19 and still have never dated).

Yeah you can like girls and boys that the great thing about being bisexual you get the best of both worlds! ;) Go with your heart sometimes it will be a girl who strikes your interest and some times a guy... Ya never know and about your mom weither you tell her or not is your call but if it is that special someone happenes to be a girl you will probably wanna tell her. Hell I would tell her now so she could get use to the idea. Your mom should take you and love you for who you are not whats holding your hand

I agree with your mom. You're not bisexual, you're gay. People who claim to be bisexual just want want they want just like any other sinner who wants to fornicate or commit adultery. They want the right to choose to do what they want to do and do it without judgement. That's one reason I question this whole idea that one is born gay. Well if you're born straight or gay then how can you be bisexual?

Apparently it does exist for you. And that is all that matters. Be true to yourself and don't worry about what others may find debatable with sexuality. Its your life.

I'm real, I poked myself just to make sure. My mom and my aunt thought the same thing, I disillusioned them.

I think it certainly does, although you could have a preference towards one gender or the other.
