I can't give ten. But my favorite romantic-comedy anime is UFO baby or Daa!Daa!Daa! for some. The plot is really great and interesting. You'd have to watch it yourself.

i have no ten to giv to you, but I LOVE OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB! i would put it as my top as of right now even though i just started watching it...so far i dont think there's anything like it so keep on looking!!
