I notice you said IF you had. I assume you don't.

No, I would not be interested in land in Florida. Bad long term investment since you have to worry about hurricanes and the seas rising.

Now 1300 acres in Wyoming (which will stay high and dry) is a much better investment at a fraction of the cost.
