this question has been asked three times...(at least that's what I've seen) give up, give us more clues......we already know he is not Sean Paul or akon, that he is black and that he did a dance video. There many, and i say MANY Jamaican artistes that do dance videos :hence the genre DANCEHALL......

I answered in the JA forum. Either it is Tony Matterhorn, Mr. Vegas, Bogle, Ding Dong. It would help out alot if you told us what video was about.
