Right now it is the song "One" by Metallica, each time I listen to it, is more of a tribute to our very young americans, who are in Iraq, and finding that the only way to come home, is if they lose a limb or have brain injury from an IED. This song, really brings the whole deal to the table, and makes me wish for peace and for us to get the hell out of there. Every day, more and more some 200,000 now, are injured, this isnt reported, and I know these people, human beings, like you and me, feel helpless in a Veterans System that is not equipped in many ways to handle them, this is worse than Vietnam, not that either is good to begin with, but the song is like a "first person account" of HELL, and that is what this is HELL on earth, for them. Thanks for the question, and thanks for the freedom to express my thoughts on why this song.
