From the reading
Short term future is within 3 months
And long term future is 8 months to 1 year depending on circumstances

there really isn't a time period on this sort of thing, it depends upon if you change your path, the spiritual realm doesn't really have a set time like we do. it isn't really them coming true, but if you mean specific events coming to pass, well, that also depends upon if you have changed your path. i.e. if you were planning a road trip and received the tower in your near future so you canceled the trip, then you might want to have another spread to see how things sit now... and it depends upon the type of reading, what it was about, and who did the reading for you or if you do your own readings... to make a long story short, when you feel you need another, go with it.
