I lost all the songs I had in my iTunes library. Does anyone know how to pass the songs that are in my ipod to my itunes without losing any song or picture?

Connect your iPod first. Then, go to My Computer and double click the iPod icon.
Go to Tools > Folder Options > 2nd page (view) and choose to have all file types shown.
Go back to My Computer, then click on the iPod icon again and into your music folder and send any song you want to your My Documents.
Hope that helped!

Unless the songs are put onto the ipod as a hard drive device you can't. Sorry.

hmmm, don't plug your ipod in YET.
go to another computer and plug it there.
then, it'll pop-up a window that says something like your ipod is linked to another library *blah blah*. click no.

then, go to your ipod options, and check manage songs manually.
from there, you can now drag and drop songs to your ipod using ANY computer on earth without losing songs, pics or videos.

if you're using a mac, go to the apple site and download iSquint. you can drag from your ipod to your laptop or mac.

I have tried doing this as well due to the same problem, i was unable to do it. I think they did that on purpose so that people do not share their music and not buy it. What i had to do is import all the music i had saved in a playlist from limewire again. Good luck!
