This question doesn't make a great deal of sense. Are you asking if there are any websites on vocabulary? Dictionary.com is a great one because it gives the option of looking at definitions, finding analogous words, synonyms, antonyms etc.
If you're looking for websites on atmosphere - there aren't any. Do you mean descriptive words? Probably the best way to learn about descriptions and descriptive words is to read and read and read. Especially good fiction, where the author has to create a believeable character in a believeable world.
