You really can't use those sites as a good guideline. Prices vary widely from city to city within states. For example, in some rural parts of California you can buy a house on an acre of land for less than $150K, while in the San Francisco or Los Angeles areas you will pay close to a million dollars (or MORE!) for a smaller house on far less land. Look for information on particular cities you are interested in living in. It will give a far more realistic idea of real estate prices.

Pfff…I wen’t to abode Depot to purchase timber to make a mattress for my daughter, and that they wouldn’t even decrease my timber. They advised me they only decrease plywood and particle board now. I had to spend an added $40.00 on a sparkling potential observed because of the fact they might not make 4 cuts.
