I think he's distracting from the real investigation. How could a man plan 28 attacks by himself with little support from other people.

He sounds a little megalomaniacal...do we really believe that Sleepy is a mastermind? Reminds me a a joke about waking up Grumpy in the morning...or just letting him sleep.
