Yeah I have. I threw it in the trashcan and it actually made a thud sound. My roommate could not believe that it was a chunk of ear wax.

Once and it was recently - I regularly clean my ears with Qtips and I was sitting here and a chunk fell out. It was nasty! I blame the ear buds on my MP3 player.

Yes, a couple times. That sounds so nasty just thinking about it, but I think it happens to everyone one time or another.
