Well Reno has the casinos (of course), it's not quite Vegas but is fun anyhow.
Unless your a cheat at gambling, wander naked through the gaming areas or are totally rude and abusive I can't see why you would get into any trouble there.
Just go and have a great time.
After all it's the "Biggest Little City in the World"
If you just can't trust yourself to stay out of trouble, you could:
1) Don't get off the plane
2) Take your Mum with you
3) Leave your wallet and credit cards at home!
4) Leave Reno and take a drive down to the beautiful Lake Tahoe or visit Carson City instead.
I know, 3 out of 4 are desperate measures.
I'll leave it up to you to decide which 3.
