it happened to me with a teacher!, i was ashamed and later i laughed about it.

Hahaha, yes that has happened to me. What i did was just shut the door quickly and pretend that i didn't really see anything. Then if i see the person later i act like nothing happened. It's totally embaressing though.

All you can do is say 'Excuse me...sorry." CLose the door be on your way...they should have had the door inside their cubicle locked...so , it isn't your fault.
