Genetic engineers or lab rats. Gene designers in designer jeans.

None are cloning humans, in the entire world. We're not sure if that can be done at all to begin with. The ones that do cloning are developmental biologists, specifically stem cell biologists. But they are only a subfield in stem cell biology.
