Do twins have similar handwriting?

I assume you mean identical twins.

My Father is an identical twin. Although he and my Uncle look almost exactly alike, their handwriting is completely different, and easily recognizeably so.

I can't speak for other twins.

No. even though they are twins, they are of different person & have their own identity & personality. They might be identical in features but they dont have the same heart & mind.
