Must be a bent rim. Big inch rims with low profile tires may look cool and corner good, but they bend easy (not much rubber or air for protection). How bad is the vibration? Can you live with it, does the tire on that rim wear all right? You will probably have to get a new rim.

Try balancing the brake drum. Rotate the wheels and see if you have the same problem. If the vibration stays in the same spot, that is the spot with the brake drum out of balance.

i own a repair shop and it could just be out of balance a little that will cause it,have them put on a tire balancer and spin them, and see if there warped or out of round,it may just be the tires on them causing this,if its warped rim that usually cant be repaired, when you try to fix these they usually get worse, but it may just be a bad tire,id have them checked though before i bought and paid for them, once you buy them you may be stuck with 3 good ones and one bad one, good luck i hope this helps.

Have a tire shop spin balance your wheel w/tire.
