EXERCISE...especially long walks in a cool evening with stars and quiet...push that stroller.
A quiet walk will do you more good than anything. Just do it!!

Galaxy,
1 good "source" would be your Grandmothers. They're "keen" on remedies of all kinds.
Yeh, I've gone through the PMS thing and it's no fun, but through the years I've heard of a few remedies myself. 1 is, make a hot drink called "Hot Toddy". Not sure what's in it, some kind of tea that you mix with a blend of herbs.
Also, a friend told me about Soy products. Having Soy in your diet helps relieve those aggravating symptoms. There are alot of items with soy in your local grocery store and I've seen a few, cereals, flavored milk, etc. You also can buy tablets containing soy, a supplement.
Did you know that regular birth control pills actually help with irritability and fatigue? That's what a Dr. told me.
Anyway, check with your Grandmas first for some good-fashioned remedies! Hope I helped.

Well you could use one of the over the counter PMS, relief pills. They do help with the other symptoms. But if you are over tired then the best thing to say is try to get to bed Little earlier or try to relax with a good hot shower and some tea. Herbal tea will help, epically chamomile tea. Also you could try vigorous exercises during the day, and a relaxing routine during the night. That will help to get out frustration and improve your overall health. Plus it will make you more tired at night and you will start to sleep better overall. Best of luck, peace.

blueberries help with cramps... I think some forms of birth control help with moodiness; obviously, you should consult your doctor for that.
the best thing to do, if you're diagnosed with having just normal, run-of-the-mill PMS, is to just acknowledge the feelings you're having, take a step back for a moment, and think about how you want to respond to the things that are making you angry. if you're feeling tired, take a rest before tackling the big stuff, and when you do, break it up into smaller tasks that will seem easier to accomplish, and then reward yourself when you're done. (yeah, a little chocolate never hurt anyone! :-)

There are lots of OTC medications in PMS formula. I started taking them a few years ago and it's really helped.
Just kind of mellows you out a bit.
Give em a try- maybe try a few different kinds to see what works best for you.
I also try to sleep more and use a heating pad on swollen breasts or early cramps.
Good luck.

We did not have that when I was your age, what we had was bloating so no cloths fit for a few days. Husbands that were a pain in the you know what for a few days, and children that misbehaved. Ha Ha, for us it was always their fault. Thank god it was only a few days a month. I think you gals can get pills or something. Sorry its become your fault. Hang in their girl.
