2 hours into GOW2 I am really amazed at everything this game has to offer! I thought GOW1 was one of the best games I've ever played spanning 20 years of playing video games..so far just after 3 0r 4 stages I am in awe of this game and the detail in the levels and fighting sequnces! I think GOW2 pushes the PS2 engine to the limit! I'm waiting for my station to begin to shake trying to keep up with awesome graphics! GOW2 looks,sounds and plays better then any PS3 game I've played yet! BowDown! GOW2 is truly awesome!

Yes, I know it will be the best, but if Sony make it for PS3 and use it for a HD TV, it will be tight, I have to save money for it.

The graphics is awesome. But I am stuck already in the head of the Colloseus. Can't figure out how to get across the power strip things on the rope. I know the pindelum swings but that is not working. I love the game already but I am also frustrated, lol.
Figured that out. now I stuck where you have to kill the ex-god that was chained to the hand. I can not figure out how to kill him. Will someone help a girl out here?? :-)

God Of War is awesome, and Kratos is awesome, too, because if there isn't someone like him then there would not be this game.
It's amazing the game, the big scale levels are the most impressive thing, because they are detailed like the deformations of the stones in GOW 1, but this one adds Kratos, enemies and magics.
The only bad thing (i admit it) is the Persistent Combat.

I already beat it and love it, but I do have to say I completely disagree with you. God of war 2 may be the best graphics/visuals on the ps2, but it does not compare to the ps3. Sorry but your getting a little bit ahead of yourself.

Yes it is Awesome after I got past that part you answered in my posted. now I should not have any problems beating it I can not wait. It is too late right now so I will finnish tomorrow.
I know what you mean by awesome graphics. For a PS2 they are amassing

Damn, no. I'm planning on getting it Saturday. So I've heard it's good and already been nominated for awards. Good graphics. I loved the first game. Ingenious. A toast for Mr. Jaffe.

I totally agree this game rocks!! I can't even imagine what it must be like to play with the graphics on the ps3!!
