After my divorce my lawyer asked my name be changed back to the maiden name - however throughout the marriage I used my maiden name on somethings (driver's license) and my maiden/married name hyphenated on other things, (taxes, ssn). When I renew my driver's license can I use the hyphenated name?

You can go by any name you want to go by, as long as you have no intent to defraud anyone by doing so.

No, because you have been submitted your maiden name already before
