I just wanted to know if anyone uses poetry.com. I put a couple poems on there and now one is missing.?

It was up for a long time and then one day it was gone. i don't know what to do.....I can't find my original copy in any of my boxes. I have tried to get intouch wth them to ask why it was removed.
