Im a guy and i was going to go shopping.Wear can I find some shirts with cool graphic designs. My parents don't pay for my clothes and i do, so my budget is about $15-20 a shirt, or less is better =) and also, i'm looking for a pair of pants like these, but more affordable.

Forever 21 has some guy stuff, check out their website. Hot Topic has really nice graphic tees, not so sure about Spencer's...

Target always has cool graphic tees that are fun for $9-$13. They also carry pretty trendy jeans & cargo type pants for reasonable prices. You could check online to see what they have and then hit a local store to avoid shipping charges. FYI... they have sales on a regular basis so if you can stop in about once a week you may be able to get some better deals. Have fun!

try old navy, they have cool yet affordable styles, and you'll most definately be able to find those pants, and they have sales all the time.
for the shirt, most places have cheap guy clothes, so try to shop at stores that match the theme of the graphics you'd like

hot topic has graphic tees, and so does liek jc penny and sears and stuff like that!!! those jeans are like everywhere like at aeropostale, old navy and american eagle and hollister...just look around and compare prices!!
