I went to a fine clothing store called Spencers. I needed a suit for a wedding I'm going to attend. Anyway, I tried on a couple suits. I asked "how much?" and the guy was like they range from $350-$1000+. In my mind I was thinking WOW, but I just wanted to try on some more suits, and then I found IT. This thing made me look like I could be on GQ magazine, so I bought it. Only thing is it costed $450. Do you think I'm stupid no seriously? I really love this suit by the way. I'm a college student and this is actually my first suit purchase.

no, your not...everybody likes to treat themselves every once and a while.....if u really liked it then ur not out of ur mind...and if it is ur first suit, u might as well enjoy it!!

I use to sell cars and that's about going price for a suit. After the wedding wear it out to dinner and stuff. See how you are treated. It's a night and day difference. Before I sold cars ladies wouldn't give me the time of day & then came the suit. Believe me you'll get more respect just because of it man and it can go to your head so watch it.
Now go get some nice colonge to go with it and maybe a nice watch. You'll be set, oh if you don't have a nice pair of sunglasses to go with the suit go get them. It just sets it off.

Nah man $450 is not too much to pay for a good suit. I paid about the same for my first suit and it was worth it. I feel great in the suit. I too am in college and wore the suit to my first big job interview and it helped me feel confident and look the part.

That's actually not a bad price for a good suit. You probably won't buy one for another ten years, if you are like other men, so you might as well splurge a little bit. Besides, if it looks good it's worth it. I can't tell you how many bad suits I've seen at weddings.

If its a good quality suit that will last you a long time, then think of it as an investment. Besides, if it makes you look as hot as the guys in GQ, then its definitely a keeper.

I actually just wnt with my brother to buy a suit for a wedding were going to , and it ended up being $455. So if your crazy, I'm crazy too, and we should make a club.

That is a reasonable price for a nice suit. You're not crazy. Suits are important and you did well.
