In "Speed Racer", how come Racer X had to hide his identity? I don't remember. and these are the things that keep me awake at night.

He was Speed's Brother..and he hid his identity to protect Speed racer...or something..

he was really Speed's father, but he turned to evil and was trying to find Speed and either turn him evil too or kill him,Oh wait...
