I find that straight women put too much emphasis on sex, and are more "reserved" when it comes to sex. I find that Bisexual and Lesbian women are more free and knowledgeable when it comes to having sex.

If the man wants to have some fun, and the woman (bisexual and sometimes lesbian) likes him, she wouldn't mind having sex/fun (as long as it is proper protected sex). If this woman was straight, she will tend to think too much like "oh! is he a good person? will he make a good boyfriend? what will my friends think if I get it on with him?" etc.

What do you think?

Certainly, the ones that march in those San Francisco parades are open about it.

Don't take this too seriously and think i am some predjudice asshole, but i think gay/bisexual people in genral are more open about their sex life. You rarely hear a straight women go to work and announce to everyone that her boyfriend banged the crap outta her last night, but a gay/bisexual woman might give you some insight into what happened in her love life the night before. I think you are pretty much right here, my sister is gay and i know she is more open to the thoughts and experimental asspects of sex than i am.

Bisexual and lesbian women get asked a lot of questions about their sexuality. That doesn't mean they are more open sexually, it just means they are willing to talk to you. She may choose to be open about her sexuality because she feels it is a worthy political act. A straight person has no cause to fight for and can just tell you to mind your own business. As far as having standards, plenty of gays and bisexuals are self-conscious about who they sleep with. And there are tons of straight girls that love to have casual sex. Do you ever watch TV?

You sound extremely experienced in partnering. You sound like you have been around the block a few times there, person who is interested in bi, lez, strate. Well, I think you are jumping to conclusions, and I hate that. So, I think you are a bigot, and should forget about gendering and partnering until you get your priorities straight--or bi--or lez--as the case might be. But whatever--please prioritize. And as for protected, unprotected--that stinks! Ya gotta be happy and ya gotta have fun. Kick the protected already! Kick the bigot habit and kick the protected habit, and have fun on a happy level. My advice. Take it!

It definitely varies from person to person.

However, a woman who is bisexual/lesbian has already "violated" one sexual norm. She may therefore be more likely to examine other norms, and choose to accept or reject them based on her own preferences. A straight woman, on the other hand, may just accept sexual norms as "normal" without question, because she's had no reason to question them.

You've definitely thought about this way more than me, so I'll take your word for it.

In academic circles, homosexual men and women put their sexuality out there way more than heterosexual people, and that creates a lot of the conflict, in my opinion. That reality supports your theory.

I think you are stereotyping based on the few people you have dealt with.
The rest of the world does not fit in your stereotypes .
Some straight women are very promiscuous
And some bi / gay are very conservative and committed to their relationships.
What you know is true for your little bubble of existence.

I think they are.

Women who are straight rarely come out and admit to what they do, while Bi and Lesbos seem proud of it.
