all i did was put some music on my ipod then it said ok to disconnect..so i did......no its on do not disconnect and i cant do anything, on my itunes i tried restoring it but it doesnt work.. i really dont want to send it away....can u help?

ok, try pressing menu+the middle button at the same time for about three or four seconds which will reset the iPod! Good Luck

Have you tried sticking it in the charger? this usually fixes my problems. or you can hold down the menu&play buttons to restart the drive. Or you can reconnect it to the computer and then shut down the computer with it still connected... this generally makes the program go through an automatic disconnect.

disconnect it and turn the computer off the i pod did say OK to disconnect so you are safe and re starting the computer will reset it so good luck

Disconect it and wait till your ipods battery dies. Then try charging it up again. If it still doesnt work its broken. This happens to most ipods. They are cheaply made and i beleive they stopped working cuz of that damn iphone

Reset it. Follow the manual to reset your iPod to factory settings and start again.

try letting the battery run out and then plug it up to your computer again... that should reset it.
