when i tried to get on webpage i can't
it said

Go into your internet explorer settings and slide the slider down to medium settings.
Then close explorer and go back in and see if it works, however you shouldn't use Explorer at all unless the site needs it and you have no choice.
I use explorer only when my safer browser is not compatible.
Instead of using that browser get MOZILLA FIREFOX free and its faster and much safer.
Most spyware and adware attacks ie although 7 is safer, you still should never use it unless needed or required for that site.
Download firefox instead at

Click Tools menu> select Internet Options
Under Pivacy tab, adjust slider bar to medium then click OK

try reinstalling ur internet explorer 7...cuz usually it only disables ur windows firewall. But u should have ur anti-virus firewall enabled. Just make sureu have at least one firewall turned on.
