The Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders have been the premier set for as long as I can remember. Even before I really became a fan or football.
Now, I can say with great certainty that the San Diego Chargers cheerleaders are truly HOT! So that is where I am putting my vote.
As far as ugliest? No...there is not a single cheerleader in the NFL that I would not happily sacrifice myself to several nights of ecstasy. My wife would happily sell me off or trade me my place as well.
Having said that, and being a rabid Raider Hater, I will put my vote there for ugliest, even though I know they are not ugly.

The hottest has to be a tie between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles. The ugliest - I'm gonna have to go with the Denver Broncos or the New England Patriots.

the San Diego Chargers have the hottest cheerleaders, The "Charger Girls" are amazing and are always fun to watch. I'm not sure which team has the ugliest because i tend to look away if any of the cheer leaders are ugly.

The Cowboys have always had the hottest cheerleaders. I don't think I have seen any ugly cheerleaders in pro-football.

The best cheerleaders are in places where it is really hot outside (Tampa Bay, Miami, Dallas). For obvious reasons, the cheerleaders in Buffalo or New England in December are not as interesting to look at.

The hottest? I think it's a tossup between the Cowboys and the Raiders. Last place (i wouldn't call them ugly) would probably have to be the Eagles' cheerleaders.

hottest depends on what team you root for and there is no ugly cheerleaders in the nfl they are all hot
